Aleksus Sanchez started mixing dance music on vinyl in 1997.
For the first 8 years of his experience, he was content practicing his craft in the privicy of his room.
Then in 2005, Aleksus won a very prestigous DJ competition that thrust him from
being your average bedroom dj to the forefront of Global Dance Scene
at the exclusive Winter Music Confrence-Ultra Music Fesitval located in Miami Florida!!
Every year since then, Aleksus has been invited back to play and has been able to make a name for himself amongst the industry's elite!!

Understanding DJ alone could not express the movement he was feeling, as a producer
he has aggressively been pursuing as much time in the studio as possible.
Learning his way around the studio for the past four years has given him the
the tools needed to present a brand new batch of musical material
he feels will offer a fresh perspective to dance music.

His djing career is showing no signs of slowing down sharing the bill with several notable musicians such as:
The Cure, The Killers, Black Eyed Peas,The Bravery, Bloc Party,Perry Ferrell, Moby, Carl Cox, Fatboy Slim
Justice,MSTRKFT,BT, and many more.

More Recently he has been featured on XM/SIRIUS Satelite UMF Radio
opening up for the world renowned Super Dj/Producer Donald Claude which was broadcast
to over 16 million listeners in over 80 different countries!!
Aleksus is starting to forge new ground in several different dance genres
with String Theory Recordings.
